1. Apologies
To receive and accept apologies and note the reasons for absence.
2. Minutes of last Sebergham Parish Council meeting
To authorise the Chairman to sign, as a correct record, the minutes of the Parish Council Meeting held on 22 July 2020 (previously circulated).
3. Declaration of Interests / Requests for Dispensation
a. Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of interests.
b. To declare any personal interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
c. To declare any prejudicial interests in items on the agenda and their nature (Councillors with prejudicial interests must leave the meeting for the relevant items) d. To make any requests for dispensation.
4. Exclusion of Press and Public (Public Bodies Admission to Meetings Act 1960)
To decide whether there are any items of business which require exclusion of the press and public.
5. Public Participation
To receive previously notified written public questions – Members of the public who wish to submit written representation are requested to contact the Parish Clerk not later than noon on the Monday preceding the meeting.
Your request should outline the question you will be raising.
This is at the Chairman’s discretion and no decisions can be made on items brought to the attention of SPC under this item.

To consider the ‘interim position’ details and accompanying letter from CALC regarding local government reorganisation in Cumbria so that the views of Sebergham parish council may be returned.
13. White Paper ‘Planning for the Future’
To consider the national government’s white paper ‘Planning for the future’ and note any key changes that may impact on our rural community
14. Website
To receive an update from the clerk regarding the website. To ratify the decision regarding the website accessibility requirements, and website hosting platform changes.
15. Highways
To receive any highways issues within the parish
